DELIVERY:
Subject to availability/stock status, you can expect to receive your order within 3 working days via:
Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery.
However we can only guarantee delivery within 28 days on back orders (should you wish to pre order an
out of stock item). All products are carefully
inspected and securely packaged to ensure that they arrive with you in perfect condition.
We currently only ship to UK addresses.
STOCK STATUS.
STATUS = IN STOCK (Available for immediate despatch)
STATUS = LOW (Available for despatch but levels are currently running low.)
STATUS = SOLD OUT (Awaiting supplies of new stock)
Stocks and styles change rapidly and we endevour to update pages as often as necessary.
We aim to despatch all orders at the first available opportunity following payment,
and will keep you fully informed via: email on the status of your order.
OUR PRICES:
The prices shown on our website are in £ sterling, No other currency accepted.
PAYMENT
Payment in full must accompany your order, which can be made online via: PayPal's secure server
using your credit or debit card.
To order your item by post please send us an email
stating the items you require, and please remember to include your full name and address. Your purchase will then be reserved
for seven days whilst we await your payment. Cheque payments may be subject to clearance prior to despatch. Postal orders
are also accepted by post for an instant despatch.

Stock will be checked and reserved for 7 days. Full payment details will be issued upon

COMPLAINTS:
We endeavor to respond to all complaints and questions promptly
CLAIMS
In the unlikely event that a product is damaged in transit or is found to be faulty, please retain the product
in its original packaging, please inform us immediately by email or telephone, stating the exact nature of the problem. If
the product is proven to be faulty or damaged during transit you may opt either for a replacement or for a full and
prompt refund.
We will then make the necessary arrangements to rectify the situation.
Damage caused through neglect, accident and/or misuse by you, no claim will be entertained.
OUR GUARANTEE:
If you are not happy with your goods for reasons other than faults or damage caused whilst in transit,
please return them within 7 days, we will be happy to make a refund or exchange providing the goods are in their
original condition and include all packaging (**).
**For hygiene reasons all earring/ear stud sales are final
unless authorised.
(a restocking fee may be charged in such cases depending on the costs incurred by us)
STATUTORY RIGHTS:
